1. Order Notifications:
- Order Confirmation Notification: Upon completion of payment for your order, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will contain details of the products included in your order as well as your shipping information, allowing you to verify the accuracy of your order and delivery address.
- Shipping Notification: Additionally, after your order has been dispatched, our system will send another email notification. This email will contain the parcel tracking number and information on how to track your package. It will also include our customer service contact details.
- Please ensure to check your inbox of the email address provided during your order placement (not the PayPal-associated email) for the aforementioned notifications. If you do not receive them, kindly check your spam or junk folder.
2. Order Modification:
- Orders can be modified within 24 hours of payment completion, including changes to size or customization requests. After this time frame, modifications (such as size changes or cancellation of customization requests) cannot be accommodated.
- To amend your order, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp and provide your order number.
- If you're unsure of your order number, you can click on "Track Order" in the navigation bar and enter the email address (please ensure accuracy) used during purchase to retrieve the order number.
3. Customized Order:
- Orders with customization requests cannot be canceled or modified 24 hours after payment is completed. Please ensure customization details are accurate when placing your order.
- Customized orders refer to purchases of jerseys that require customization such as sleeve patch, personalized names, and numbers.
4. Non-customized Orders:
- Once non-customized products are shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
5. Out-of-Stock or Size Shortage Explanation:
- Due to the wide variety of football jerseys available, some products may experience stockouts or size shortages after ordering. In such cases, we may require additional time to source or restock the item for you.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will promptly contact you to arrange for a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of contact and are usually refunded through the original payment method. Please keep an eye on notifications from your payment platform.
6. Quality Issues:
- If there are any quality issues such as badges falling off, customization errors or severe damage, please contact our customer service team to discuss compensation. We are committed to providing satisfactory solutions.
7. Size Issue:
- If the size purchased does not fit, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
8. Exclusions for Post-Purchase Service:
- Quality problems occur after cutting the label or it wears out for a long time after multiple uses.
- Products not purchased directly from our website.
- Unable to provide evidence (photos or videos) of quality issues.
- Repeat fraudulent behavior.
